HR Governance & Organizational Effectiveness Specialist

Location: Warsaw

We're looking for someone who enjoys solving complex organizational and business challenges using data, structure and analytical thinking.

This role sits at the intersection of workforce analytics, organizational effectiveness, governance and business decision-making. You will help leaders understand how their organizations work, identify improvement opportunities, and support decisions with facts rather than opinions.

This is not a traditional HR role focused on employee relations or administration. Instead, you'll work directly with leadership teams on organizational structures, workforce planning, job architecture, governance and people analytics.

What you'll do

• Turn workforce data into meaningful business insights


• Build reports, analyses and dashboards supporting management decision-making


• Support organizational design, restructuring and workforce planning initiatives


• Analyze organizational effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities


• Manage job architecture, job evaluation and grading processes


• Identify capability gaps and future workforce needs


• Maintain high-quality people data and reporting standards


• Support governance and compliance initiatives related to workforce structures


• Contribute to compensation, governance and organizational development projects


• Support international HR initiatives across multiple business entities


• Help build scalable, consistent and transparent people processes
