HR Operations Specialist

We are looking for an HR Operations Specialist who thrives in a structured role and is passionate about bringing consistency and quality to HR processes. You are confident working across borders and eager to support in creating an efficient service delivery. 

About the job 

In this role, you will support our local HR Operations teams across Europe by ensuring the consistent and efficient execution of key HR processes.

You will play a central part in strengthening quality and harmonization across our documentation, templates, and systems, contributing to both daily HR operations and broader global improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing daily operational support with onboarding, contract management, employee changes, and offboarding in our HR system (SAP SuccessFactors)


• Preparing employment document accurately and on time for our European Orifarm entities


• Assisting local HR teams and payroll providers by delivering relevant data and documentation


• Maintaining and enhancing checklists, SOPs, and work instructions to ensure operational consistency


• Participating in global rollouts and continuous improvement projects related to HR operations

You will report to the Head of HR Operations and Compensation & Benefits.

Who are you? 

You bring a minimum of 3 years' experience in HR Operations or administrative roles within an international setting. You are structured, dependable, and thrive as a trusted point of contact. With strong communication skills, you enjoy working across functions and countries.

We expect you to have:

• Solid knowledge of core HR processes such as onboarding, contract management, and offboarding


• Fluency in English (spoken and written); any other European languages is a plus


• A proactive mindset with strong attention to quality and detail


• Hands-on experience with HRIS systems, preferably SAP SuccessFactors

Job Location

Warsaw office located at Inflancka 4A. We promote work life flexibility and as part of that it is possible to work from home 2 days a week.
