Your key responsibilities as an HR Specialist will include:
Managing and maintaining accurate employee records and databases, ensuring data quality and compliance.
Overseeing absence management processes, including sick leave, long-term leave, and annual leave coordination.
Handling end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes for new joiners and leavers.
Preparing and validating payroll instructions and ensuring timely coordination with relevant stakeholders.
Contributing to employee engagement through office management tasks and coordination of community events and wellbeing initiatives.
You will need the following experience and skills to join us as an HR Specialist:
You must have at least 3 years of experience in a similar HR role.
You will hold a university degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
You should be fluent in both English and Polish to support our diverse teams.
You will have strong organisational skills and the ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
You must be proficient in MS Office and experienced with HR software systems.
