Your Job KGS is looking for HRS Payroll Clerk. Our Team In this role you will be working as part of our dynamic EMEA Payroll Team (European Payroll Team), and you will be part of our European HR Solutions capability. You will have the chance to partner up with the payroll team and other capabilities. What You Will Do * Support of the EMEA Payroll Team for Ø Pre- and post-payroll activities/tasks Ø Pre- and post-payroll related tasks in different systems Ø Preparation of HR reports and analysis Ø Preparation of audit reports Ø Documentation of Desk Top Procedures Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) * System and numbers affinity * Fluent communication skills in English * Open to work with foreign languages (Spanish, German, Polish, French, Dutch) * Well organized, motivated to learn and open to new experiences. * Self-driven way of working What Will Put You Ahead * Experience of using Microsoft Office, SAP, PowerBI, other systems Time and Attendance Systems (Dayforce) * First insights in finance * Basic skills in other languages (Spanish, German, Polish, French, Dutch) At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
