Hungarian speaking Sales Agents - Poland

Our client, and international player within the online entertainment and iGaming industry is growing its Sales department and seeking to hire self driven individuals to join their Sales team in Poland.

Responsiblities:

• To proactively engage with players via outbound calls, providing assistance with site usage to boost activity, retention, and reactivation rates.
• Making daily outbound calls and follow ups
• Assisting new players and current players to ensure they have no blockers to enjoying the company products
• Promoting the site, products, campaigns and overall entertainment offering
• Working with your team leader to ensure all targets are understood and
• Work with other departments such as Payments, Risk, VIP and Customer Support

Requirements

• An energetic passion for customer service and sales
• A comfort in striking up conversations whilst confidently promoting the companys sites, products and promotions.
• A drive to reach targets and overachieve on a daily basis
• Able to communicate at bilingual or native level of Hungarian and English
• An understanding of the Casino and/or sports betting industry
• Target oriented and driven by achieving goals
• Available to work on shifts covering till 22,00pm from Monday to Friday and 2 Saturdays per month.
