Immigration Onboarding Specialist

We are currently looking for an Immigration Onboarding Specialist to join our team in Poland.

This is on-site position from Warsaw office!

✅ Responsibilities:

• Conducting the onboarding process for new hires


• Managing the legalization processes related to the residence and employment of foreign nationals in Poland


• Representing clients before administrative authorities (Voivodeship Offices, Labour Offices, the Office for Foreigners)


• Preparing applications for temporary residence permits and work permits for foreign nationals


• Drafting and compiling documentation required for administrative proceedings


• Coordinating, monitoring, and archiving document flow


• Overseeing the preparation and execution of employment contracts

✅ Requirements:

• Excellent command of English and Polish minimum level C1


• 2 years of experience in a position related to the legalisation of residence and employment of foreign nationals in Poland


• Practical knowledge of immigration procedures in Poland, including a solid understanding of regulations concerning the legalisation of work and stay of foreigners, particularly the Acts on Foreigners and on the Promotion of Employment and Labor Market Institutions


• Strong skills in implementing and adapting HR processes to align with the Polish legal and business environment


• High level of independence, accountability, and responsibility in day-to-day tasks
