Job Summary
As an Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for leading new product introduction, core transfer, and early management projects within the Production Center. You will ensure successful project execution by delivering agreed objectives related to product quality, lead time, costs, and budget performance. Acting as a key project driver, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders across Production, Engineering, Supply Management, and Product Management to support business growth, operational excellence, and strategic objectives. The role plays a critical part in securing production readiness and enabling a smooth transition of new products into serial production.
Position is based in Olsztyn, Poland.
What you will do
- Lead New Product Introduction, Core Transfer, and Early Management projects in accordance with established project management and Early Management methodologies.
- Secure project governance, process compliance, risk management, and effective stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Drive industrialization activities and ensure successful implementation of new products into production according to the EPM process.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure timely involvement of technical experts and key stakeholders.
- Secure proper documentation and transfer of product knowledge into technical master data, SOPs, quality control plans, and other production standards.
- Lead quotation activities and production preparation processes for the Production Center.
- Secure effective handovers of projects to Production, Planning, Logistics, Quality, and other operational functions.
- Contribute to the development and maturity of WCM practices, especially within Early Management (EM).
- Monitor and deliver project targets related to cost, quality, productivity, production readiness, and schedule adherence.
We believe you have
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Fluent in Polish language, Good English communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven project management experience, preferably related to New Product Introduction, industrialization, Early Management, or Engineering Change projects.
- Hands-on experience in process optimization, Lean Manufacturing, or WCM implementation.
- Strong knowledge of technical master data management and production documentation processes.
- Solid understanding of WCM methodologies, especially within Early Management (EM)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify opportunities and implement sustainable improvements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and improvement initiatives.
- Structured, proactive, and result-oriented approach to work.
