Could you be the full-time Industrial Quality Engineer in Chorzów we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your quality engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and detail-oriented teammates.

You'll ensure the highest standards of quality in our manufacturing processes and products, directly contributing to the safety and reliability of our solutions. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as production, engineering, and customer services).

You’ll specifically take care of implementing and updating quality control plans during pre- and serial manufacturing activities, but also support non-conformance resolution and customer inspections.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Supporting Product Industrial Quality (PIQ) within your scope

  • Performing Defects per Unit (DpU) and External Demerit analysis to lead efficient Line Quality Animation with cross-functional teams

  • Supporting decisions for Hand Overs (GO/NOGO) with veto rights on NO GO decisions when necessary

  • Stopping production for mandatory reasons such as safety concerns

  • Participating in Criticality Matrix analysis and contributing to Process FMEA (Failure Mode & Effect Analysis)

  • Leading First Article Reviews (FAR) and participating in First Mounted Reviews (FMR) and Serial Mounted Reviews (SMR)

  • Managing and ensuring the availability of the Car History Book and product compliance before shipping

  • Managing Internal Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and supporting their closure using problem-solving methodologies

  • Participating in customer inspections

  • Qualifying manufacturing teams regarding self-inspection processes

  • Managing and performing Workstation Dynamic Checklists and audits

  • Performing or participating in product inspections when required

All about you

We value passion and attitude over experience. That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:

  • Degree in engineering, quality management, or a related field;

  • Experience or understanding of quality control processes in an industrial or manufacturing environment;

  • Knowledge of problem-solving methodologies (e.g., QRQC);

  • Familiarity with Process FMEA (Failure Mode & Effect Analysis);

  • Good command of English (B2);

  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Things you’ll enjoy

Join us on a life-long transformative journey – the rail industry is here to stay, so you can grow and develop new skills and experiences throughout your career. You’ll also:

  • Enjoy stability, challenges and a long-term career free from boring daily routines

  • Work with new security standards for rail signalling

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and supportive colleagues

  • Contribute to innovative projects that make a real difference

  • Utilise our inclusive and flexible working environment

  • Steer your career in whatever direction you choose across functions and countries

  • Benefit from our investment in your development, through award-winning learning

  • Progress towards leadership roles or specialized technical positions

  • Benefit from a fair and dynamic reward package that recognises your performance and potential, plus comprehensive and competitive social coverage (life, medical)

You don’t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us. We guarantee that when you step onto one of our trains with your friends or family, you’ll be proud. If you’re up for the challenge, we’d love to hear from you!
