Job Description - Inside Sales Representative (Doradca Klienta B2B) K/M

Are you a proactive communicator who enjoys building relationships and spotting opportunities to grow customer business? At Kramp, our Inside Sales Representatives play a key role in activating customers and driving commercial growth through daily contact. You combine a customer‑first mindset with a strong sales focus, helping customers succeed while contributing to business results.

Your role
As an Inside Sales Representative, you are responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of small customer accounts via phone and digital channels. You drive customer engagement, identify opportunities and translate insights into actions that increase turnover and strengthen long‑term relationships.

Your specific tasks include:

  • Managing and developing a portfolio of small customer accounts
  • Conducting proactive outbound calls to customers on a daily basis
  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships through regular contact
  • Identifying opportunities to increase customer turnover and product adoption
  • Reactivating inactive or low‑activity customers
  • Promoting relevant products, services and business solutions
  • Supporting customers with product recommendations and commercial inquiries
  • Collaborating closely with Field Sales, Account Managers and Customer Service teams
  • Maintaining accurate customer information and activity records in CRM systems
  • Monitoring customer activity and identifying growth opportunities using available data
  • Contributing to customer retention and loyalty initiatives
  • Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction across all interactions

Your team
You will be part of the local Customer Service team, working closely with Field Sales, Account Managers and Customer Service colleagues. Together, you ensure a consistent customer experience and drive commercial growth across your assigned portfolio. The team operates locally while collaborating with international colleagues across Europe.

Who are you?
For this role, we are looking for someone with a strong commercial mindset, a proactive attitude and a passion for customer interaction. You enjoy working in a dynamic environment and are comfortable combining sales targets with relationship building.

Key requirements:

  • Strong sales mindset with a focus on customer growth and results
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and confidence in outbound calling
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long‑term relationships
  • Proactive, self‑motivated and resilient mindset
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple customer interactions
  • Experience with CRM systems and working with customer portfolios
  • Data‑driven approach and ability to identify opportunities based on insights
  • Good digital skills and openness to using new tools, including AI‑supported solutions
