As an Inside Sales Representative you will be responsible for providing Resideo's Ukrainian and Polish customers with sales and technical information. You will work closely with our Sales, Technical and Customer Care team to provide comprehensive customer support. You will play an essential role in building excellent relationships with our distribution partners across Ukraine, supporting sales across various product ranges including filters, water valves and pressure reduction valves.
The position is available on a hybrid basis, with 2 days worked in our office in Warsaw and 3 days per week worked from home.
It is essential that you speak fluent Ukrainian, Polish and English.
JOB DUTIES:
Creating quotes/opportunities in Salesforce Mailing price calculation for wholesalers upon their requests Supporting customers with required documents Confirming opportunities price conditions to Customer Care according to order Cooperating with Country Sales Leader & Sales Team to support customers Identifying projects based on specifications/inquiries/market project database & registering in our CRM Identifying leads/accounts - stakeholders of projects and registering them in Salesforce; converting leads into accounts Reporting SFDC activities & numbers Be the focal point for all customer enquiries from our Ukrainian distribution partners Work with our technical teams to assist in the resolution of technical issues YOU MUST HAVE:
Fluent in Ukrainian, Polish and English Minimum 3 years' experience working in sales Excellent communication skills WE VALUE:
