Instructional & E-Learning Designer (m/f/d) Fixed-term

As an Instructional & E-Learning Designer (m/f/d), you'll help shape the digital learning experience across Flix. You'll create engaging learning content, optimize learning technologies, and support initiatives that enable Flix employees to grow and succeed. 

This is a 1-year fixed-term (maternity cover) role based in Warsaw (hybrid model).

About the Role

• Design and create e-learnings and expand the Flix Learning Management System platform – FlixUni - with digital content (i.e. videos, animations, graphics, text-to-speech, AI implementation)


• Support Flix’s continuous international expansion beyond Europe, including supporting our LATAM and India regions


• Translate user needs into efficient and effective projects (e.g. process automation, workflow streamlining, tech improvements, new feature development)


• Focus on UX to further foster user motivation and engagement for digital learning


• Drive continuous improvement, implement new processes and increase usage and acceptance of the LMS globally


• Identify key business needs and set up, execute and deliver projects across various departments within the business


• Manage both existing stakeholders as well as new acquisitions and support with fixing issues (through our JIRA service desk)
  

About You

• At least 2-3 years of experience in content creation/eLearning design or other creative fields


• Experience administering a Learning Management System (working with Docebo is a plus)


• Passionate and innovative designer with empathy for stakeholder needs


• Proactive mindset, ready to take ownership of projects – both manage and execute


• Experience with agile way of working (Scrum, Kanban, Sprints, quarterly planning etc.)


• Experience with Articulate Software, Vyond, Canva (or other creative tools)


• Fluent in English (important as we create content in English)
