Salary: 2400-3100+ € net

A transport company with over 20 years of experience, specializing in international freight across Europe, including Scandinavian countries. The company transports a wide range of goods using flatbeds, walking floor trailers, refrigerated trailers, curtain-sided trailers, and tippers. With over 200 drivers employed, we welcome drivers of all experience levels to join the team.

Working Conditions and Requirements

Employment:

• Official employment based on a long-term employment contract (Umowa o pracę)
• Full support provided by the company in the legalization process

Language:

• Knowledge of the Polish language is not required
• HR staff and dispatchers speak multiple languages
• 24/7 language support is available for all employees

Qualifications & Training:

• Valid C+E driving license with Code 95 (must be renewed every 5 years)
• ADR certificate (transport of hazardous goods) must also be renewed every 5 years

Drivers willing to stay on the road for several months at a time are especially welcome.

Transport Types & Fleet:

• Modern vehicles from MAN, DAF, Volvo, and Renault – fleet is renewed every 3 years
• All trucks are equipped with latest second-generation tachographs, ensuring compliance with EU driver working time regulations
• Most vehicles operating in Scandinavia are 3-axle trucks

Accommodation & Work Schedule:

• Accommodation provided at the company base in Koszalin
• Minimum time on the road: 4 weeks
• Flexible schedule options available, e.g. 4 weeks driving / 2 weeks off, or other variants
• Primarily solo driving – team driving is minimal
• All routes comply with legal standards, and drivers have the freedom to determine the length of their work period

Support:

• 24/7 dispatch support
• 24/7 technical assistance – drivers are never left without help on the road

Salary and bonuses

Base salary:

• Average monthly income: €2600–2700 net/month
• With higher work intensity, salary can exceed €3000 net/month

Allowances and Bonuses:

• Starting from January 2025:
  An additional €5 per day bonus, regardless of experience
• Fuel efficiency has a direct impact on your salary – the weight of the transported load is also taken into account
• Salary is based on seniority and performance – regular monthly evaluations provide opportunities for pay raises

Recruitment process

The recruitment consists of two stages – the employer conducts a phone interview with the candidate before the contract is signed.

• The first interview is organized by the HR department.
  Candidates receive full support throughout every stage of the process.
• The second interview is held directly with the employer
  to confirm the conditions and discuss the contract signing details.
