Your Role
As a Solutions Consultant, you will:
Provide customer support via phone, chat, and email
Assist users with non-technical troubleshooting related to digital products and services
Help customers resolve issues related to Play Store, Google Pay, Google for Families, Books, Movies, and similar services
Deliver professional and customer-focused support
Navigate multiple tools and systems efficiently while ensuring high-quality service
Your Profile
We are looking for candidates who have:
Fluent Polish and good English skills
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
A customer-oriented and proactive mindset
Comfortable using digital tools and platforms
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Previous customer support experience is a plus, but not required
The Offer
Full-time, office-based position in Sofia, Bulgaria (Work From Office)
Monday to Friday schedule
Working hours: 10:00 – 18:00
