Job Description - Investment Performance & Analytics Specialist, Senior Associate

Investment Performance & Analytics Specialist, Senior Associate | Specjalista ds. Analizy Wyników Inwestycyjnych

Join our team as an Investment Performance & Analytics Specialist, where you will deliver high-quality performance measurement and attribution services across daily and monthly reporting cycles. You will play a key role in ensuring data accuracy, supporting client reporting, and driving continuous improvement in performance analytics processes.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and analyze portfolio and composite performance results through data reconciliation (accounting vs. performance) and return validation
  • Identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies; escalate system issues as needed
  • Process translation adjustments, recalculate returns, and finalize client data
  • Prepare standard and customized client reports across performance and attribution services
  • Maintain quality control documentation and collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Market Data, Accounting, IT)
  • Participate in platform testing, automation initiatives, and process improvements
  • Support additional projects and ad hoc activities as required

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in Investment Performance or a related field
  • University degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related discipline
  • Knowledge of financial markets, securities, and the asset management industry
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to manage priorities effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (VBA is an advantage)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with proficiency in English

Work Requirement:

  • The position requires office presence at least 3 days per week

Minimum Salary:

zł87,000 Annual

The minimum salary quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate ultimately works outside of this primary location, the applicable minimum salary may differ.​

Salary will be determined based on factors such as the position, type of work performed, individual skills, job description, working hours, diligence, initiative, self-management, length of employment, availability, and the quantity and quality of work delivered, as well as other objective and non-discriminatory criteria relevant to State Street employees.​

In addition to salary, employees are eligible to be considered for discretionary annual performance-based awards.​
