We are currently looking for an experienced IT Administrator.

What you will do: 

• Diagnose and resolve incidents in the IT infrastructure. 

• Administrate operating system – maintain, configurate, and optimize Linux (Ubuntu) environments. 

• Create automation and administrative scripts - (Bash, PowerShell, Python, integration with CI/CD systems). 

• Administrate on-premise network, servers, and mass storage. 

• Manage software accesses, licenses and configuration. 

• Organize employee onboarding and offboarding procedures in collaboration with People and Administration departments. 

• Participate in the development of company infrastructure. 

• Implement cybersecurity polices and best practices. 

• Manage remote access and configure VPN, VLC, ZeroTier. 

• Manage storage array. 

• Work closely with team of developers - manage access to code repositories, test and production environments, maintain configuration compliance, take care of the CI/CD runner farm. 

 
Requirements: 

• At least four years of experience in a similar role. 

• Experience with Linux operating systems. 

• Knowledge of CEPH and data cluster technologies.

• Thorough understanding of computer hardware. 

• Proficiency in Windows and Linux administration (e.g., Ubuntu, Debian, MacOs). 

• Strong knowledge of networking (LAN/WAN/VPN), including configuration and security management. 

• Experience in server and storage infrastructure maintenance and monitoring. 

• Understanding of user and access management (permissions, onboarding/offboarding). 

• Familiarity with Proxmox Backup Server and TrueNAS replication.

• Solid knowledge of IT security principles and incident response. 
• Knowledge of PAM, EDR, XDR, and SIEM systems.

• Experience in managing core network services (DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewall). 

• Basic understanding of virtualization technologies (Docker or Proxmox VE). 
• Proactivity and problem-solving skills paired with excellent communication and collaboration skills. 

• Fluent English and Polish. 

Additional – great to have skills: 

• Understanding of DevOps principles and CI/CD processes. 

• Knowledge of automation and scripting (Bash, PowerShell, Python). 

• Familiarity with monitoring tools (Zabbix, Grafana, Prometheus). 

• Basic knowledge of cloud service management (AWS, Azure, GCP). 

• Ability to work with remote management tools (ZeroTier, Moonlight, NoMachine, RDP).
