We are seeking a Senior IT Infrastructure Project Manager to lead the enterprise-wide implementation of Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and certificate automation for both Operational Technology (OT) and IT environments. The project involves integrating KeyOn, AppViewX, and ServiceNow for automated certificate lifecycle management, secure code signing, compliance documentation, and handover to managed services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead global rollout of PKI infrastructure and certificate automation for OT/IT

• Drive integration of KeyOn and AppViewX with ServiceNow for full automation

• Implement certificate monitoring with auto-linking to CMDB assets

• Oversee development of SOPs, knowledge articles, and compliance docs (BSDS, IQ, URS)

• Introduce tooling for secure code signing automation

• Coordinate handover to IAM Managed Services team for BAU support

• Report to steering committee monthly on status, risks, and decisions

• Manage budget, resources, deliverables, and stakeholder alignment

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of project management experience in IT infrastructure, ideally with exposure to PKI and certificate management

• Good understanding of ServiceNow workflows, automation, and infrastructure design

• Background in regulated industries (Pharma preferred), with GxP/FDA compliance knowledge

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Degree in IT or Engineering

• Certified PMP or Prince2, fluent in English, and proficient in Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office
