Salary range: : 8240 – 12630 PLN gross 

What will you do?

As a IT Recruitment Specialist, you will drive end-to-end IT recruitment for staff augmentation projects, sourcing, engaging, and hiring top IT professionals. You will ensure a smooth candidate experience and help grow our talent pool, collaborating closely with Hiring Managers, Delivery Leads, and Business stakeholders to support the expansion of our staff augmentation services and project delivery capabilities.

Your Tasks

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT specialists in staff augmentation and client-facing projects.


• Collaborate with Hiring Managers and Delivery/Account teams to understand project needs and translate them into accurate candidate profiles.


• Proactively source high-demand IT talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, networking, and creative direct search methods.


• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines aligned with recurring staff augmentation needs.


• Keep candidate data up to date and maintain visibility of pipelines for ongoing and upcoming projects.


• Ensure a high-quality candidate experience while managing multiple hiring streams.


• Monitor recruitment KPIs and provide insights on sourcing effectiveness, time-to-fill, and talent availability.


• Support employer branding by representing the company at IT events, meetups, conferences, and recruitment initiatives.

Your Skills

• 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment, with solid exposure to staff augmentation, IT consulting, or project-based hiring.


• Proven track record in recruiting IT specialists for client-facing projects and fast-paced delivery environments.


• Strong sourcing expertise, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, networking, and advanced direct search techniques for niche technical roles.


• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.


• Ability to work independently, demonstrating seniority in stakeholder management, setting hiring priorities, and driving recruitment outcomes.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and business leaders.


• Strong organizational and time management skills, comfortable managing multiple complex recruitment processes simultaneously.


• Team-oriented, with a collaborative approach to achieving shared goals.


• Very good command of Polish and English, both spoken and written.
