Responsibilities:
- Technical Discovery: conduct deep-dive sessions with prospects to understand pain points, existing tech stack, integration requirements, security/compliance constraints
- Solution Design: architect customer-specific configurations, integration approaches, and implementation paths using the product's capabilities
- Product Demonstrations: deliver customized, story-driven demos tailored to the prospect's industry, workflows, and decision-maker audience
- Proof of Concept (PoC): define success criteria, manage scope, oversee technical implementation, and validate the product's fit in the customer's environment
- Value Articulation & Business Case support: build ROI models, TCO calculations, and business cases to justify purchase decisions
- RFP/RFI Responses: author technical sections of proposals with accurate product capability descriptions
- Customer Advocacy: feed deal-breaker requirements, competitive gaps, and market signals back to PdM and product teams
Requirements:
- Industry Experience: 3-5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Project Management: experience leading projects and working with cross-functional teams.
- Stakeholder Management: experience in building credible relationships with various stakeholders
Technical Skills
- Pharmaceutical Industry Knowledge: understanding of pharmaceutical processes, regulations, and industry challenges.
- Technical Expertise: knowledge or experience in relevant technologies, platforms, and software used in the pharmaceutical industry.
