How you will make an impact 




As our new IT Specialist – Mobile Services, you will strengthen a service area that supports mobile subscriptions, GSM services and SMS 3rd-party commercial gateways across Arla’s core markets, including Denmark, Sweden, UK, Germany, Poland, and Canada. 
You will contribute to ensuring service stability, cost optimization, strong vendor management, and continuous service improvement based on quarterly KPIs, incident insights, and operational performance data. 




 




You will be joining a team passionate about delivering bestinclass mobile services—and you’ll be supported from day one by our Unified Communication Senior Specialist, who will onboard you into Arla’s environment, tooling, and service landscape. 


 




Your key responsibilities include: 






  • Managing and optimizing mobile subscriptions across multiple global vendors (e.g., Telenor, Vodafone, EE, Play). 








  • Coordinating SIM lifecycle, number porting, data plans, roaming configurations, and assignments via our Mobile Device Management ecosystem. 








  • Monitoring performance indicators such as call completion rates, roaming usage, incident trends, cost benchmarking, and quarterly vendor reports. 










  • Supporting incident and problem management, working with vendors to maintain SLA compliance and resolve issues. 








  • Ensuring stable operations through alignment with Arla’s service goals, governance structures, and quarterly performance reporting. 






 




You will be part of the Product End User Devices (EUD) as part of the Foundation – Mobile Services function. This product also include End User Computing, Microsoft 365 and Facility & Communications. Mobile Services is part of Facility & Communications.  




  




What will make you successful 




We’re looking for someone with a solid mix of technical capability, service mindset, and eagerness to learn a complex multivendor environment.vendor environment. 




 




Professional Skills 






  • Experience with mobile technologies (GSM, SIM, eSIM, roaming, corporate subscriptions). 








  • Experience in mobile telecommunications, with a focus on mobile service management and optimization.   








  • Strong understanding of mobile network architecture, protocols, and technologies.   








  • Knowledge of subscription lifecycle processes, vendor coordination, and telecom billing structures. 








  • Ability to understand and interpret vendor dashboards, traffic reports, and maintenance notifications. 








  • Familiarity with IT service management (INC, CHG, problem management) and operational governance. 








  • Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to service optimization. 






 




Personal Qualities 






  • Collaborative and communicative — you’ll work closely with three experienced Mobile Device Specialists and our Telco Senior Specialist. 








  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written, as the role involves extensive communication with users, vendors, and global stakeholders. 










  • Curious, self-driven and proactive — you naturally take ownership of tasks, seek clarity where needed, and drive progress independently rather than waiting for instructions. 








  • Outcome‑focused, not task‑focused — able to translate technical work into clear outcomes, value, and impact for the business. 








  • Willing to travel occasionally for workshops, vendor meetings, or team gatherings (when required).
