Are you looking to further develop your HR career and gain broad HRBP experience in a dynamic international environment?


At Fluke, we are seeking an Junior Human Resources Business Partner to join our team in Poland on a 6-month fixed-term contract (September through March) to provide maternity leave coverage.


In this role, you will partner closely with managers and employees to support the delivery of key HR processes and initiatives. You will provide day-to-day HR guidance on employee relations, performance management, talent development, engagement, organizational changes, and other people-related matters. Working as part of the EMEA HR team, you will help translate HR strategies into practical actions that support both employees and business objectives.

Contract duration: September 2026 – March 2027 (maternity leave cover).



Employee Engagement: Supports people leaders in building an engaging workplace culture. Participates in efforts to understand the root causes of engagement challenges and helps co-develop action plans to address them. Develops familiarity with engagement data and trends, and contributes to initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement, retention, and productivity.


Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity (IDE):  Supports business leaders and the COE in deploying tools and approaches that promote an inclusive work environment, and participates in efforts to identify and address root causes of inequity across HR processes and policies.


Performance Management: Supports people leaders with goal setting and day-to-day performance management, including annual processes, ongoing feedback and coaching conversations, and performance improvement plan guidance.


Employee Relations and Experience: Assists managers in understanding and applying HR policies, procedures, and best practices to foster a positive and productive work environment. Provides initial support on employee relations matters and escalates where needed.


Workforce Planning: Supports people leaders on a range of workforce actions, including role changes, restructuring, and organizational assessments. Helps analyze workforce data to support manager decision-making under the guidance of a senior HRBP.


Builds Manager Capability in Talent Management: Support Organizational Talent Assessment and Talent Review cycles. Supports managers in identifying development solutions for their teams and assists in talent selection conversations in partnership with the TA organization. May support the design and delivery of training programs in collaboration with the COE.


Basic Qualifications:



  • 0–2 years of experience in Human Resources, or a relevant internship, placement, or study background in HR, Business, or Psychology

  • Eager to learn and develop skills in supporting people leaders and employees with day-to-day HR questions and challenges

  • Able to work in a structured and detail-oriented way, following established guidelines and processes

  • A good team player who communicates clearly and respectfully with colleagues and managers

  • Comfortable handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism

  • Basic ability to work with data and use it to support decisions — for example through Excel or HR reporting tools

  • Takes initiative and shows a hands-on, can-do attitude


Preferred Qualifications:



  • A completed or nearly completed Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field

  • First experience or demonstrated interest in areas such as employee engagement, talent management, or employee relations, for example through an internship, thesis project, or extracurricular involvement

  • Curiosity about what drives business performance and how HR contributes to it

  • Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once

  • Experience working or studying in an international or multicultural environment is a plus

  • Basic familiarity with HR systems such as Oracle HCM, Workday, or similar tools is a plus, but not required; willingness to learn is what matters most
