Purpose of the role:

The Cash Management / Accounts Receivable position plays a key role within the Order-to-Cash (OTC) stream, supporting

accurate and timely financial operations in Oracle EBS. This role is designed for individuals who are detail-oriented,

proactive, and eager to contribute to process excellence through daily operational tasks, month-end and year-end close

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform daily operational activities, based on assignment by Team Leader and/or Process Manager

• Ensure daily processes are completed in an accurate and timely manner

• Perform MEC and YEC activities

• Monthly balance sheet reconciliation process, including follow up to correct balance

• Quarterly balances review preparation, and follow up on open items

• Support External Audit process

• Identifying and reporting potential process improvements (Innovation Funnel)

• Process and DTP updates

• Responding to queries from different Stakeholders

• Develop strong relationships with Key Stakeholders

Required Knowledge & Skills and/or Related Experience:

• Understanding of accounting principles

• Previous experience on finance/accounting teams (R2R/OTC)

• Analytical skills, attention to details, self-starter

• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team

• English Speaker

• Spanish/Russian good to have

• Change Driver Behavior and Attitude

• Continuously learning with the ability to master new technologies, standards and best practices

• Taking ownership of issues

• Good command of Microsoft Office
