Junior Accountant in Source to Pay - Gdańsk

Join our Source to Pay team and play a key role in managing Arla's payables. Our goal is to provide professional and efficient service to our suppliers and stakeholders. We are searching for a Junior Accountant join our accounts payable team to be part of the process, track, and record payments in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner. You will have the opportunity to gain experience in an international environment, develop your skills, and explore new solutions.

How you will make an impact:

• Verify incoming documents using standard procedures and knowledge specific to each country.


• Post PO and non-PO invoices into SAP promptly and maintain the required quality standards.


• Handle customer service inquiries related to financial transactions with promptness and professionalism.


• Help optimize financial transactions, enhance vendor relationships through prompt payments.

What will make you successful:

You enjoy working with numbers, analysing data, and finding ways to improve how things are done. You are proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable collaborating with stakeholders in an international environment.

• Fluency in English


• Strong communication skills


• High attention to detail and accuracy


• Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel


• German proficiency (B1 level or higher) will be an advantage

Please note that this role requires you to be in the office 50% of the time + one additional day (monthly).
