Junior Accountant in Travel Expenses

Summary of the role:
We are looking for a Junior Accountant to support Travel, Management and Expenses Team in the EMEA region. The role includes auditing reports in Cytric, ensuring policy compliance, posting travel transactions in SAP, preparing payments, and resolving traveler tickets. You’ll also support reconciliations, month‑end tasks, and collaborate with Travelers and Finance Departments.

Responsibilities:

• Audit travel & expense reports in Cytric according to the Group Travel Policy and EMEA accounting standards.

• Verify receipts, policy compliance, and correct coding.

• Post travel‑related transactions and bookings in SAP.

• Prepare and process payments for reimbursable expenses.

• Resolve tickets from travelers regarding rejected reports, system issues, or policy questions.

• Reconcile accounts and support month‑end activities.

• Cooperate with Travelers and Finance Departments to ensure smooth end‑to‑end processing.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting/Finance (or in progress).

• Accuracy, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.

• Experience with SAP or Cytric is an advantage.

• English required; other EMEA languages are a plus.
