The Collection and Fraud Analyst role is the part of OTC stream. We operate in Oracle EBS. We are positive people, team players, willing to share knowledge and supporting each other.
Primary responsibilities:
- Manage customer collections activities, including follow‑ups on overdue invoices via email and phone
- Analyze customer accounts to assess credit risk, payment behavior, and potential exposure
- Review and investigate suspicious orders, payments, or account activity to prevent fraud
- Make decisions on order releases, holds, or cancellations based on risk assessment and policies
- Cooperate closely with Sales, Customer Service, Credit, and Fraud Prevention teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and notes in AR, collections, and fraud tracking systems
- Support continuous improvement by identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to strengthen controls
- Identifying and reporting potential process improvements (Innovation Funnel)
- Supporting process improvement implementations (Ideas / RoadMap / Local projects)
- Near incident monitoring and reporting
- Process and DTP standardization
- Supporting other team members in day-to-day processes
- Responding to queries from different Stakeholders
- Develop strong relationships with Key Stakeholders
Required Knowledge & Skills and/or Related Experience:
- Bachelor of Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related field
- Availability to work 3 weeks per month from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM and 1 week per month from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
