(Junior) Customer Care Agent (M/K)

For our client, a fast-growing international organization operating across multiple markets, we are looking for Junior Customer Care Agents to join a newly developing Customer Care team.

We are looking for communicative and customer-oriented individuals who enjoy working in an international environment and are comfortable supporting customers from different countries.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day support to international customers;
  
  


• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner;
  
  


• Communicate with customers through available service channels;
  
  


• Register and manage customer cases in the CRM system;
  
  


• Follow up on customer requests and ensure that issues are resolved effectively;
  
  


• Cooperate with the Customer Care Lead and other internal teams;
  
  


• Support the development of high-quality customer service standards;
  
  


• Prepare basic reports and work with customer-related data.
  
  

Wymagania

• English at B2/C1 level;
  
  


• Experience in working with international customers;
  
  


• Good knowledge of MS Excel;
  
  


• Experience working with CRM systems;
  
  


• Strong communication and customer service skills;
  
  


• Good problem-solving skills;
  
  


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  
  


• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
