What is going on at Twisto right now?

We started in 2013 as the simplest deferred payment solution at online checkout. Today we are a daily payments app, delivering seamless omni-channel daily payments to customers across Europe 🌍 And you can help on our next journey of growth! We are looking for a new colleague to take a position of Junior Customer Care Specialist (replacement contract).

As Junior Customer Care Specialist you will be responsible for:

• Contact with clients via phone (incoming calls), replying to chat messages and e-mails;

• Activating customers;

• Cooperation with other company departments;

• Assisting customers in resolving reported problems.

What do we offer:

• Contract of employment for replacement (salary: 4 900 - 5 800 PLN gross).

• Work from Monday till Friday (plus one weekend per month) - we provide the equipment;

• You can work in hybrid model and during the first month from the office in Warsaw.

• You have experience in customer service,

• You have a good command of English (used only in internal communication),

• You have a university degree or are in the course of your studies,

• You are comfortable communicating by phone and e-mail,

• You are communicative and open-minded.

• Your Polish is at least on C1 and English is on A2/B1 level.
