Job Description - Junior Customer Operations Representative (Finnish Speaker), Arla - Gdańsk


Are you passionate about creating outstanding customer experiences? Join our Customer Operations team at Arla, where we take pride in delivering exceptional service and ensuring smooth operational processes for our customers.


 


How you will make an impact:


As a Junior Customer Operations Representative, you’ll play a key role in managing a blend of customer service and back-office responsibilities. Your contributions will help ensure efficient operations and a seamless experience for our customers. Some of your tasks will include:



  • Accurately processing sales orders and credits in our systems

  • Promptly and professionally managing customer inquiries, complaints, and requests

  • Ensuring smooth and timely deliveries

  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of our processes

  • Collaborating closely with team members and stakeholders


 


What will make you successful:


You’ll thrive in this role if you’re detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, shift-based environment with the ability to effectively multitask and. In addition, the following will support your success:



  • Fluency in Finnish & English (written and spoken)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Solid problem-solving abilities, especially under pressure

  • Experience with Excel, Salesforce, SAP, or other CRM systems is a plus

  • Willingness to work in shifts, including some weekends and bank holidays


 


Please note that this role requires you to be in the office min. 50% of the time + one additional day (monthly).
