Your role:


As a Junior Customer Service & Claims Specialist, you’ll support customers in a specific market by ensuring accurate order execution, timely communication, and high service standards. This role offers hands-on exposure to customer service and claims processes, with strong learning and development opportunities.


 


Your key responsibilities:


Customer Service



  • Support customer accounts for one market and assist with cross-market activities

  • Process sales orders and monitor progress through the order lifecycle

  • Communicate with customers regarding order status, delays, and delivery issues

  • Coordinate with Planning, Sales, Finance, and Logistics to resolve operational issues

  • Support warehouse shipments and deliveries with logistics partners (3PL)

  • Prepare export documentation and basic service reports

  • Monitor OTIF performance and support process changes (e.g. new locations)


Claims



  • Manage market mailbox and handle incoming claims-related requests

  • Register, categorize, and investigate customer claims and deductions

  • Support claim approvals in line with Table of Authority

  • Cooperate with Credit Control, Billing, and Cash Application teams

  • Perform SAP transactions related to claims processing

  • Ensure accurate reason codes and KPI/SLA compliance


 


What we are looking for:



  • Very good English and Italian allowing free communication  

  • Interest in supply chain, logistics, or customer service processes

  • Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset

  • Ability and willingness to learn quickly in a dynamic environment

  • Good organization

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving approach

  • Team player mindset with a “can-do attitude”


Nice to have:



  • First experience in Customer Service or Order to Cash related role

  • Basic knowledge of SAP and/or Excel
