Job Description - Junior EHC Credit Risk Systems Specialist
Your responsibilities:
Design and document credit risk system changes for EHC markets based on business and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with cross-market teams and the UK-based team to define and deliver system enhancements.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate test results.
Configure system updates and prepare testing and deployment materials.
Ensure compliance with credit risk policies and reporting requirements.
Act as a liaison between business and IT to ensure accurate implementation.
Monitor post-deployment outcomes and update internal documentation.
Support data preparation and simulations for credit strategy changes.
Our requirements:
You hold a university degree – ideally in a quantitative field such as mathematics, economics, or econometrics.
You communicate confidently in English – this is essential, as you’ll work closely with a UK-based team on a daily basis.
You have strong analytical thinking skills, and Excel and SQL are tools you use with ease.
You have a sharp eye for detail – whether it’s punctuation or a missing amount, nothing escapes your attention.
You believe that "where there’s a will, there’s a way" – you’re proactive and eager to suggest new solutions and improvements.
Nice to have:
You bring knowledge or experience in system analysis (e.g. relational database design, WebService architecture, or system integrations).
You have experience designing credit risk strategies, particularly in the area of creditworthiness and affordability assessment.
