Job Description - Junior Employee Experience & Operations Specialist

While our teams of nearly 300 people from around the world build great experiences for 350,000+ customers, our Employe Experience & Operations team focus on creating an equally strong experience for our people. Learning, experimenting, and having fun along the way is part of our DNA. 
This role offers a solid foundation for a long-term career in Employee Experience, People Operations, or HR.

What you’ll work on:
At the start, around 70% of your work will be focused on support and collaboration, including: 

  • Onboarding process - supporting the delivery, measuring effectiveness, and continuously improving the experience 
  • Learning & Development - helping bring our L&D strategy to life through educational and integration events
  • CSR initiatives - not the “write-a-check-and-post-on-social-media” kind, but real actions that engage our team and make a meaningful, positive impact 
  • Internal communication - creating and supporting employee-facing communication related to internal initiatives
  • Ongoing research - into employee and market needs, and identifying opportunities to improve what we do - both from a business perspective and a human, emotional one


Additionally, you’ll spend around 30% of your time supporting

  • basic administrative tasks 
  • Employer Branding activities 


What we’re looking for:

  • strong interest in and first hands-on experience in Employee Experience and/or Learning & Development 
  • a university degree 
  • a strong sense of ownership with focus on organizational goals and people needs 
  • ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • ease in building relationships and communicating with others
  • working knowledge of: MS Office Professional or Google Workspace, a graphic design tool (e.g. Canva, Adobe), a video editing tool (e.g. Canva, CapCut, Adobe), a survey tool 
  • Polish: native or near-native
  • English: at least B2 level, spoken and written 


Salary range:  

  • contract of employment: 5 500 - 6 500 PLN gross monthly; full-time (Mon-Fri)
