As part of the structures, we are looking for specialists in the field of international accounting & tax, human resources and payroll, and global entity management. We also build teams that will be responsible for handling international funds and supporting internal financial processes of the TMF Group. 

 Job purpose   

The HR & Payroll Junior Specialist will be responsible for providing a world class service to our clients in one of European markets (Belgium, Luxembourg, Italy, France, Netherlands, Nordics, UK or Ireland, Germany or Switzerland). The successful candidate will have an entry-level understanding of payroll and a strong willingness to become end to end payroll processor. Work is done in English or additional language (depending on the market) and a successful candidate will have a training regarding specific regulations in the selected European country.   

At this role you will have possibility to work hybrid from the office in Katowice. 

  Key responsibilities: 

• Full provision of HR and payroll tasks to international clients 
• Preparation of data related to wages, declarations, reports, posting 
• Contact with clients and authorities 
• Carrying out advisory tasks in matters relating to payroll 
• Supporting the team in other administrative tasks if needed 

 Key requirements: 

• Professional knowledge of English (B2 level minimum) 
• Knowledge of German / French / Italian would be an asset or must have, depending on the market – Germany, Switzerland, Italy, France or Belgium 
• Fresh graduates, students of the final year able to work full time and candidate with some basic experience are welcome to apply 
• Previous experience in HR or payroll (or related) will be preferred  
• Any internship in this area would be desirable 
• Experience with MS Office (particularly MS Excel) 
• Good communication, problem solving and networking capability
