As part of the structures, we are looking for specialists in the field of international accounting & tax, human resources and payroll, and global entity management. We also build teams that will be responsible for handling international funds and supporting internal financial processes of the TMF Group.
Job purpose
The HR & Payroll Junior Specialist will be responsible for providing a world class service to our clients in one of European markets (Belgium, Luxembourg, Italy, France, Netherlands, Nordics, UK or Ireland, Germany or Switzerland). The successful candidate will have an entry-level understanding of payroll and a strong willingness to become end to end payroll processor. Work is done in English or additional language (depending on the market) and a successful candidate will have a training regarding specific regulations in the selected European country.
At this role you will have possibility to work hybrid from the office in Katowice.
