Job Description - Junior Office Administrator

Aion Bank is a fully regulated European bank and credit institution, combining Vodeno’s cutting-edge, private blockchain-based platform with its ECB banking license, strong balance sheet, and deep regulatory expertise. As part of the UniCredit Group, Aion Bank and Vodeno will accelerate their digital banking offer in strategic markets and will act as a sandbox for innovation for the wider UniCredit Group. Aion Bank and Vodeno's existing Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) offering across key European markets, including Germany and Poland, will see the bank embed its services - ranging from account access and deposits to lending, payments and loyalty programs - directly into non-banking digital platforms, facilitating seamless customer experiences.

We are currently looking for a Junior Office Administrator ready to join our adventure, share our ambition and help shape the future of digital banking.
  • You will be the true heart of our office. You will represent our company on a daily basis and be the first person who our clients, guests and colleagues see when they come to us. We aspire that they have the best experience when they come to our office. You will greet, welcome and direct our guests appropriately

  • You will keep our office secure by following procedures, monitoring logbooks and issuing visitors badges

  • You will sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and ensure that it is delivered without any delay

  • You will manage all branches/units of the company e.g. room reservation, assistance in organising corporate events

  • You will be responsible for the verification of employee business trips reimbursement in accordance with the adopted rules

  • You will cooperate with an external company that supplies food to us

  • And other tasks needed on the daily basis

  • We are a very dynamic place, so your eagerness to help and answer colleagues’ questions will be very valued. You will need to prioritise a number of tasks and juggle them appropriately.

  • We are a dynamic place, so experience in a similar role is needed to succeed in this role. It would also be terrific if you have knowledge of administrative and clerical tasks

  • You should be able to multitask and manage a number of different priorities

  • The role means working with multiple people from multiple places, so to succeed you should love working with others

  • We require that you speak Polish and English fluently

  • We require the basics of Excel

  • The role requires that you work in our office in Warsaw and adequate, representative attire is needed
