Location: Kraków Hybrid model 3 days per week in the office /2 days for a parent of a child up to 4 years old Join us as Junior Operations Specialist – Foreign Exchange Services! In this role you will assist your co-workers with day to day activities linked with Foreign Exchange Market. Together with your colleagues, you will help to meet our daily deadlines and requirements linked with FX activities and regulations. You will have great opportunity for insight into how financial markets are operating and what happens ‘behind the curtain’ of settling FX transaction. What is more, you will have a chance to interact with other BBH departments all over the globe and being a part of challenging projects. Key responsibilities include: Support settlement of Foreign Exchange transactions, on all stages of transaction life, in accordance with internal standards, regulations and procedures Constant cooperation with Trading Desk and colleagues located in United States, Hong Kong, Japan and United Kingdom Direct contact with clients and other financial institutions worldwide Track and follow up on multiple cases at the same time and adjust to competing priorities Understands fundamentals of relevant systems and processes Communicate professionally and constructively to effectively resolve issues in order to minimize risk and exposure Participates in new enhancement testing and rollouts to increase productivity and improve accuracy Build relationships at all levels both within and outside the organization and the clients What We Offer: To encourage cultural awareness and philanthropy, BBHers have 1 Culture Celebration Day and 1 Community Service Day in addition to their paid standard vacation allowance Private medical care Life Insurance Employee Assistance Program - offering independent and confidential counselling services for you and your family.
