Main purpose of the position:

This new role has been created to ensure efficient and accurate delivery of People & Culture (P&C) operations by maintaining employee data, administering HR systems, and supporting the full employee lifecycle across multiple locations.

What you’ll do:

• Administration of P&C systems, including:

e-learning system

performance management system

Employee Central (e.g., SuccessFactors)

• Maintaining and updating employee data in P&C systems


• Ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and consistency


• Managing and maintaining personnel files in line with legal and internal requirements


• Preparing and administering employee documentation


• Supporting employee lifecycle processes:

onboarding

employee changes

offboarding

• Handling P&C tickets and responding to standard employee and manager queries


• Supporting high-volume operational activities


• Providing administrative coordination and support for HR processes across multiple locations (Warsaw, Copenhagen, and other supported countries)

Key qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in P&C / HR in a multinational environment


• Knowledge of HR systems (e.g. SuccessFactors)


• Very good command of English


• Basic knowledge of Polish labor law


• Ability to connect information and understand the broader context


• Ability to work on-site
