Junior Performance Marketing Specialist

Robotec.ai is a software company that develops hi-tech solutions for robotics. We help our customers build state-of-the-art robotic simulations and testing tools to ensure their machines work safely and efficiently. Currently we are looking for a talented Junior Performance Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing Team. 

What You Will Do: 

• Take active part in end-to-end lead generation campaigns, including lead sourcing, scoring, and transferring qualified leads to potential clients. 

• Support B2B lead acquisition through cold outreach and paid advertising channels. 

• Collaborate closely with the creative team to develop compelling and high-performing marketing materials. 

• Prepare regular campaign performance reports and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. 

• Stay informed about emerging digital marketing trends  

• 1 to 2 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably within the IT sector. 

• Proven hands-on experience with LinkedIn Helper, Sales Navigator, LinkedIn Ads (nice to have: Meta Ads, and Google Ads). 

• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions. 

• Familiarity with process automation tools and platforms. 

• Ability to assess the effectiveness of advertising creatives objectively. 

• Fluency in both Polish and English (C1 level). 

• Technical aptitude and a genuine interest in robotics.
