Junior Quality Specialist

Location: Adamów, Warehouse

Company: Allegro sp. z o.o.

Your main responsibilities:

On a daily basis, you will support operations in carrying out key warehouse processes—you will manage the fulfillment of problematic orders

You will be responsible for identifying the causes of inventory discrepancies and recommending corrective actions

Your responsibilities will include conducting quality audits of warehouse processes

You will ensure inventory accuracy and, when necessary, resolve inventory discrepancies

You will collaborate with other Allegro teams to ensure the achievement of KPIs for Fulfillment Operations at the Adamów Distribution Center

You will perform product measurement checks

You will participate in projects related to implementing, improving, and maintaining quality in accordance with internal requirements and those specified by the client

We expect you to observe warehouse processes daily from the perspective of the quality department and to propose many valuable ideas for improvement

You will participate in projects related to implementing, improving, and maintaining quality in accordance with internal requirements.

You will collaborate with other Allegro teams to ensure the highest quality of logistics services provided by the FC

This is the right job for people who:

They are familiar with basic logistics processes (Receiving, Unpacking, Picking, Packing, Sorting)
They have a very good knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace (particularly Excel and Google Sheets)
They have highly developed communication skills
They are focused on efficiency, optimization, and customer needs
They are able to collaborate with interdisciplinary team
Enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Are open to working a 3-shift schedule: 6 a.m.–2 p.m. / 2 p.m.–10 p.m. / 10 p.m.–6 a.m.
Understand the principles of warehouse management and inventory control
Have experience conducting inventory counts
