Role Overview:
As a Junior SalesExecutive at Madiff, you will play a crucial role in our outbound salesefforts, focusing on identifying and engaging potential international clientswithin fast-growing startups across various innovative sectors. Thisentry-level position is perfect for individuals who are dynamic, loveinteracting with customers, and are proficient in conducting outreach viaphone, video calls, and email.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conductextensive market research to identify potential clients in targetedsectors such as biotech, FintechAI, drone technology, IoT, and marketingtech.
- Perform outbound salesactivities, including cold calling, emailing, and video conferencing, tointroduce Madiff’s services and value proposition to potential clients.
- Develop and maintain arobust pipeline of prospects and engage in follow-up communications to nurtureleads towards conversion.
- Understand client needsand requirements, providing tailored solutions that align with Madiff’sofferings.
- Collaborate with thesales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and contribute to theoverall business development goals.
- Keep abreast of industrytrends and competitor activities to adapt and innovate our outreach strategies.
- Participate in trainingand professional development opportunities to enhance sales skills and productknowledge.
Requirements
- Ahighly motivated individual with a passion for sales and customerinteraction.
- Excellent communicationskills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English.
- Comfortable withhigh-volume outbound calling and capable of engaging potential clientseffectively.
- A quick learner with theability to understand complex technical concepts and translate them intocompelling value propositions.
- Previous experience insales, especially within the tech industry, is beneficial but not essential.
- A team player with apositive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Work in multilingual, multinational and multicultural environment on international projects
