ASC Global has been an independent distributor of electronic components since 1996. We're growing our Warsaw sales team and looking for recent graduates who know what it takes to compete and win - on the field, on the court, at the table, wherever - and want to bring that instinct into B2B sales, with real earning potential from year one.

How you qualify

We don't require sales experience. What we're looking for is a competitive background: team sports, individual sports, esports, debate, academic competition - any environment where you've trained hard, competed under pressure, and pushed yourself to win. If you know how to show up, compete, and bounce back from a loss, we'll teach you everything else about sales and the components market.

What you'll be doing

  Learn to run your own sales desk, with a mentor backing you from day one

  Prospect and win new B2B customers across Europe and internationally
  
  

  
  


• 
  

  Handle customer enquiries, quotes and follow-up - building toward owning the full deal cycle
  
  

  
  


• 
  

  Learn to source hard-to-find and urgent parts through our global supplier network
  
  

  
  


• 
  

  Get hands-on training in pricing, negotiation and protecting margin
  
  

  
  


• 
  

  Track market shortages and excess stock, and start turning them into opportunities
  
  

  
  


• 
  

  Work alongside our global purchasing, sales and operations teams
  
  

  
  

What we're looking for

  Recent graduate, any degree - we're not filtering on your major
