As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting our Sales teams , ensuring smooth execution of quoting activities and delivering a high-quality experience to our customers.

What you’ll be doing

• Support Sales and Customer Success teams with day-to-day quoting and commercial activities
• Manage and coordinate customer requests and spot quotations, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
• Communicate with German-speaking customers, providing updates on services, pricing, and changes
• Help resolve customer queries and issues, working cross-functionally to find solutions quickly
• Support follow-ups and escalations, ensuring a seamless customer experience
• Maintain accurate data and contribute to reporting and administrative tasks
• Take part in process improvements and team initiatives, helping to drive efficiency and quality

What we’re looking for

• Fluent German & English (mandatory)
• 1–2 years of experience in inside sales, quoting, sales support, customer service, or shared services
• Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with customers
• Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
