Junior Social Activation Manager EE & PL

Your Tasks

Ready to join the dynamic world of digital marketing? Our passionate marketing department is looking for a motivated candidate with experience in Social media & commerce (focus TikTok), Content creation and owned channels management, creator activations and Search.  

Your main responsibilities will include:  

Local Activation excellence 

• Full PL TikTok Channel and TikTok Shop management incl. creator, influencer and affiliate handling


• Work closely with digital, media, marketing and eCom team to ensure seamless content creation and management of local own channels (TikTok & Instagram)


• Collaborate and manage external agencies to drive eCom performance and ensure native content creation while safeguarding brand DNA and consistency of NIVEA tone of voice


• Cultivate relationships with influencers, content creators and affiliates to amplify campaigns


• Performance & Reporting: Track performance of content for owned channels & TikTok Shop in Poland and propose optimization measures to reach targets


• Content Execution: Involved in selection, briefing and approval of influencers and content creators for owned channels in Poland 


• Create content for TikTok Poland channel in alignment with MU strategic frame and local brand & digital team


• Overview and steering of content calendar and budget spent for owned channels in Poland
  
  

EE coordination 

• Key interface for TikTok team for EE MU – regular updates & cascading knowledge, ensure local upskilling on new Tik Tok tools & trends


• Work closely with e-com team to ensure cross functional alignment on EE level


• Innovation: stay updated on competitive trends, test new formats and drive innovative approaches to Social media within EE MU


• Represent MU EE in regional calls & meetings on Own channel strategy & execution
  
  
  

Your Profile

What it takes to join us?  

• Available as of July 2026 


• Location: Poland, Warsaw - availability to travel to Vienna


• Completed University studies and minimum 3+ years’ experience in Digital Media, Marketing or a related field


• eCom / Social Commerce experience 


• Strong passion for social media, eCom and digital marketing, with a keen understanding of various platforms (incl. MS Office tools, Canva, TikTok Ads Manager etc.)


• Experience in managing / handling external agencies


• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) in English and Polish


• Fascinated by the world of skincare and its brands


• Open, flexible and stress resistant personality


• Has a creative, passionate and driven approach


• Demonstrates team spirit and willingness to tackle challenges
