Junior Specialist HR Employee Central with Spanish

Tasks & responsibilities

As an HR Junior Specialist in the Employee Central team, you are responsible for:

• Providing professional support and performing administrative activities, following internal and external compliance regulations.


• Processing tasks related to hiring and contracting, as well as work- and income-related changes, using our case management system or email as part of your daily job.


• Contributing to projects and working in an environment where we use targets to measure service quality.


• Coordinating routine tasks such as mass uploads or reorganizations with limited complexity, and helping deliver yearly, quarterly, and one-time activities within agreed timelines.


• If needed, supporting our HR Direct (front office) and Recruiting teams as part of our business continuity model.

Requirements

You should be proficient in Spanish and English, both at a minimum B2+ level and have first experience in HR, ideally supporting employee lifecycle processes.

Additionally, we are looking for:

• Completed higher education, preferably in HR or a related field.


• Attention to detail, accountability and a structured way of working.


• Strong communication skills, team spirit, customer orientation, and willingness to learn new processes and tools.


• A positive approach, with the ability to share ideas as part of our Speak-up culture and participate in process optimization.


• Preferably, experience working with SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, OpenText and MS Office.
