sun.store is looking for an enthusiastic professional to manage a portfolio of high-value clients, including large-scale installers and distributors within the rapidly growing photovoltaics industry. Key Responsibilities:
Manage and nurture a portfolio of high-value customers, including large-scale installers and distributors within the solar sector.
Proactively identify sales opportunities, understand client needs, and offer tailored photovoltaic solutions that drive sales and customer satisfaction.
Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaborate with customers to ensure that our offerings align with their evolving business needs and provide the best possible solutions.
Regularly monitor account performance and customer feedback, ensuring our offerings are always top-notch.
Work closely with the product and technical teams to provide valuable insights and suggest improvements based on customer feedback.
Lead negotiations, close deals, and drive sales performance while maximizing customer value.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in account management or sales, with a focus on high-value customers, ideally within the solar energy or photovoltaics industry.
Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills, with a keen ability to understand the unique needs of solar installers and distributors.
Solid understanding of the photovoltaic sector, industry trends, and the specific requirements of large-scale clients in the renewable energy space.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Ability to analyze customer requirements and deliver customized solutions.
Familiarity with CRM tools, sales management software, and business development strategies.
