Type: full time, permanent

Who we are and what we do:

LIPTON Teas & Infusions is the world’s leading tea business, home to iconic, purpose‑driven brands like Lipton, Pukka, Tazo, T2, Lyons and PG Tips.

We craft great teas for every occasion, to bring joy and inspire a healthier lifestyle. Guided by our values of people first, ownership, passion for excellence, and consumer and customer centricity, we create longterm value for our people, trade partners, suppliers, and the communities where we operate.

If you’re a diverse thinker who takes personal ownership to connect ideas and make impactful things happen, someone who shares our values around humanity and courage and someone who enjoys a good cup of tea (on the house!), then we could be a good match! 🍃✨

Intro: We are currently looking for a Key Account Manager ESE to join our commercial team in Poland. This role offers real ownership of selected Central and Eastern European markets, including Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania and the Balkan countries.

This is a hands‑on, commercially focused role for someone who enjoys building business across multiple markets, working closely with distributors and retail partners, and taking accountability for results in an international environment.

Your role: As Key Account Manager ESE, you will be the first point of contact for your markets, responsible for day‑to‑day customer management as well as long‑term business development. Compared to a typical local KAM role, this position offers broader scope, higher complexity and greater autonomy.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop business relationships with distributors and key retail customers across CEE markets

  • Drive sustainable business growth and identify new commercial opportunities within assigned countries and channels

  • Build strong, long‑term partnerships with customers and distributors, acting as a trusted commercial partner

  • Develop and execute customer and market plans aligned with category and commercial strategy

  • Lead business reviews, negotiations and strategic workshops with customers and partners

  • Own the full sales and negotiation cycle, from planning to execution

  • Ensure strong execution of category priorities, promotions and innovation launches

  • Analyse sell‑in and sell‑out data, translating insights into clear, actionable recommendations

  • Monitor performance across brands and markets, proactively identifying growth opportunities

  • Work closely with marketing, supply chain and finance to ensure aligned execution

  • Prepare reports, forecasts and presentations for internal and external stakeholders

  • Manage promotional budgets and evaluate promotional effectiveness

  • Support export business development and regional expansion initiatives

  • Ensure high execution standards and timely delivery of agreed actions across markets

What we are looking for:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in FMCG sales, ideally in an international or multi‑market role

  • Experience working with distributors and/or directly with modern trade / retail customers

  • Export sales or international market experience is a strong advantage

  • Fluent English is essential

  • Strong analytical skills and confidence working with sales data and financial metrics

  • Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills

  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple markets and priorities simultaneously

  • Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership mentality

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint

  • Willingness to travel occasionally across the region

What kind of person will succeed here

Our tea business is built by people who value simplicity, accountability and impact. We are looking for someone who combines commercial thinking with curiosity and agility, feels comfortable in a dynamic international environment, and enjoys building business both strategically and operationally.

You will thrive in this role if you are results‑driven, take ownership naturally, and enjoy developing brands and partnerships across diverse markets.

What’s in it for you:

  • A broad international role with real ownership and visible impact

  • Exposure to multiple CEE markets and decision‑makers

  • A “corporate start‑up” environment: speed, agility and autonomy backed by the scale of a global organisation

  • Space for entrepreneurial thinking, growth and leadership development

  • A purpose‑driven business focused on wellbeing, sustainability and long‑term value creation

Our benefits package includes:
