Job Description - Kinaxis/Rapid Response IT Lead Analyst
Design, model, and implement Kinaxis/RapidResponse solutions that align with business requirements and drive process improvements. Analyse existing business and system workflows to identify optimisation opportunities using Kinaxis capabilities. Support implementation efforts and provide third-level support when needed. Lead the development and rollout of regional solutions, ensuring they are auditable and compliant with business and control standards. Actively demonstrate, train, and promote scalable solutions across regional and global teams. Lead functional expertise in Kinaxis/RapidResponse and supply chain planning, supporting global initiatives Collaborate with product owners to break down epics, estimate work, and prepare user stories for agile teams Provide Level 1-3 product support and deliver functional specs and documentation aligned with approved designs Partner with business process owners to define system requirements and identify global target processes Manage scope through compliance checks, gap analysis, testing, and user acceptance Analyse business changes and their system impact; apply governance and SDLC methodologies Support end-to-end processes and ensure alignment with global governance standards Participate in process improvement initiatives and promote innovation Communicate effectively with senior leaders using clear, business-friendly language Bachelor's degree; 3-5 years of relevant experience in IT and supply chain. Advanced knowledge of Kinaxis RapidResponse (Author Level II or Admin Level I preferred); proven success across full lifecycle projects. Technical Proficiency Strong understanding of programming, databases, and architecture maturity. Experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle ASCP, MFG/PRO) and ETL integrations. Communication & Collaboration Excellent written and verbal communication; effective engagement with stakeholders across all levels of IT and business.
