In this role YOU will be a part of a Business Intelligence global team of more than 40 people and you will work with internal stakeholders in various domains like Commercial & Consumer Insights, Omnichannel, Finance, Operations and more. We are growing and there are plenty of exciting projects and opportunities to bring value to PMI’s transformation.

This role is planned as a step into future managerial positions. You will supervise a team of analysts. Throughout the work you will grow the experience related to people management as well as analytical capabilities. This mix will prepare you for the future and bigger roles.

Drive data- and AI-enabled decision making by orchestrating end-to-end analytics and AI initiatives across GBS D&A, transforming complex data into scalable solutions and actionable insights that support business strategy and operational excellence.

WHAT IS NEEDED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE?

• Minimum 4-5 years of total experience with Business Intelligence, AI & Analytics Strategy Execution or other relevant fields


• Technical skills such as: AI & Automation (GenAI, Agents, ML use case design); Data Architecture & Modeling; Data Governance & Risk Compliance; Data Visualization & Advanced Analytics; BI Tools & Platforms (e.g., Power BI, Copilot enablement)


• Experience with database technology and querying (ETL/DW, SQL) as well as programming languages (R, Python) is a plus


• Advanced expertise in Business Intelligence combined with practical application of AI/ML and automation use cases


• Applied statistics (hypothesis testing, causal inference, experimental design) and feature engineering skills is a plus


• Ability to complete a few large projects concurrently and deliver to agreed timescales in a fast-paced environment


• Ability to develop a solid understanding of business drivers that determines success and to gather stakeholder feedback continuously to provide credible solutions and high-quality work


• Shift gears comfortably, make decisions and act without having to have every detail clear; not afraid to challenge the status quo


• Solid experience with project planning, innovation & change management as well as data & AI storytelling


• Working experience in agile environments with strong understanding of agile delivery frameworks is a clear advantage

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?

AI & Analytics Strategy Execution

• Orchestrate a portfolio of AI and advanced analytics initiatives across GBS D&A, ensuring alignment with business priorities and enterprise AI strategy


• Identify, prioritize, and shape AI use cases in collaboration with stakeholders, translating business needs into scalable analytical and AI solutions


• Drive end-to-end lifecycle of initiatives from ideation, feasibility, and PoC development through to deployment and scaling

AI Product & Solution Delivery

• Lead the development and adoption of AI-enabled capabilities (e.g., reporting automation, Copilot enablement, intelligent agents) to enhance productivity and decision-making


• Ensure solutions are built on strong data foundations, with robust data models, governance, and integration into existing BI ecosystems


• Oversee delivery of dashboards, analytics products, and AI-powered insights tailored to business needs

Portfolio Management & Governance

• Maintain visibility and governance over the AI initiative portfolio, including tracking progress, dependencies, risks, and value realization


• Ensure alignment with AI governance frameworks, risk management, and compliance standards


• Manage stakeholder communication through regular updates, forums, and progress reviews

Innovation & Capability Enablement

• Promote AI-driven mindset across GBS D&A by driving ideation through workshops, hackathons, and collaboration with cross-functional teams


• Enable BI and analytics teams with new AI capabilities, tools, and best practices to enhance efficiency and scalability


• Support the transition from traditional BI to AI-augmented analytics and automation

Stakeholder Engagement & Business Partnering

• Collaborate closely with business, IT, and analytics teams to ensure solutions are aligned with strategic goals and deliver measurable value


• Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating complex analytics and AI concepts into actionable insights

Team Leadership & Delivery Oversight

• Lead and mentor a team of analytics professionals, ensuring effective delivery, capability development, and performance management


• Define short-term operational plans and priorities while contributing to longer-term strategy in AI and analytics transformation
