Join our international legal team and participate in national and regional projects requiring legal support! You will be responsible for the following areas and their scope:
Your main responsibilities will include:
Must have requirements:
• higher education in law,
• knowledge of the common law system in the field of IT contracts,
• at least 3 years of experience in providing legal services to entities from the IT market,
• knowledge of Polish civil law, commercial law and intellectual property law,
• very good knowledge of English and legal terminology (at least C1),
• very good work organization, independence and communication skills.
Nice to have requirements:
• entry on the list of trainee solicitors or solicitors,
• experience in M&A projects,
• experience in BPO projects,
• experience in an international corporation or law firm, including in-house,
• experience in legal consultation on international IT projects or corporate issues,
• practical knowledge and experience in the area of IT services, solutions and products.
