Responsibilities:
- Build broad and deep knowledge of our strategic cloud platforms.
- Review of the functions (monitoring / supervision) of services / processes in the production environment and updating of documents
- Preparation and delivery of data as well as creation and maintenance of relevant documents and documentation
- Proactive monitoring of health and trends of services and components.
- Provide technical expertise to support and resolve major incidents.
- Follow up root cause and how to prevent incidents from reoccurring.
- Analysis of trends and risks as well as preparation of forecasts and changes in requirements, taking into account the required effort and costs
- Technical support expertise of various projects across all environments, be a 3rd level 24/7 support team Coordination and communication with service providers as well as with internal customers
Requirements:
- 2 - 5 years experience of professional experience in IT operations and good knowledge of the
- various systems (Windows, Linux), techniques and basic knowledge in some programming
- language.
- Wizard level on trouble-shooting incidents in large and complex environments
- Understand the fundamentals of Git/Dev/SecOp, build pipelines. Kubernetes, docker, cloud,
- infrastructure as code
- Familiar with example of tools in the tool-box: linux shell, ansible, bash, git, selenium, splunk APM
- and synthetics
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Experience of monitoring external services/applications, SOAP requests/REST API’s
- Understanding the fundamentals of database MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra
- Knowledge of Nginx, apache, tomcat, jboss
- Knowledge to trouble shoot TCP and TLS connections.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite skills
