We are currently looking for a Loan Operations Specialist ready to join our adventure, share our ambition and help shape the future of digital banking.

What you will be doing?

As a Loan Operations Specialist, you will be a key part of our back-office team, focused on the precise and timely administration of loan products.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Loan Administration: Managing the full lifecycle of loan agreements, from disbursement to repayment and closure.
Data Entry & Verification: Accurately inputting and verifying loan-related data into our systems.
Documentation Management: Ensuring all loan documentation is complete, accurate, and properly filed.
Payment Processing: Overseeing and processing loan repayments, interest calculations, and fee management.
Query Resolution: Responding to and resolving operational queries from internal teams (e.g., Sales, Customer Service) regarding loan statuses, payments, and administrative details.
Process Improvement: Identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and streamline operational processes within the loan department.

Skills you should have

Minimum 5 years of experience in an operational or administrative role within the banking preferably with exposure to loan products.
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in SQL and Google Sheets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills.
Fluency in Polish and English (B2+).
Proactive and responsible approach to tasks.
