Metsä Board, Europe’s leading producer of premium fresh-fibre based paperboards and innovative and sustainable packaging solutions, is looking for a

Logistics Junior Specialist with English for temporary position (1 year) to join Logistics Team in Metsä.

Your role in the future Metsä:

• Support the logistics team in daily delivery and transport activities
• Help follow up deliveries to ensure they arrive on time and as agreed
• Track shipments and assist in resolving delivery or service issues
• Support handling customer feedback related to transport
• Work closely with colleagues in sales, customer service mills and logistic vendors
• Assist with simple reporting and performance tracking
• Help follow up customer and vendor compensations
• Support warehouse-related tasks when needed
• Work according to team goals, company policies, and values

What is required from you:

• Fluency (written and spoken) in English
• Good interpersonal skills
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Service and solution minded with problem solving skills
• Prioritization, organisational and decision-making skills
• Basic cargo loading capacity planning skills
