Job Description - Logistics / Order Handling Specialist with Swedish (f/m/d)

As Logistics (Order Handling) Specialist with Swedish in our international Order Management and Logistics Hub, you’ll work closely with Swedish clients and support a diverse portfolio of processes across logistics and order management.

Your work will truly make an impact — helping us improve customer satisfaction, streamline processes, and build a shared services model that supports multiple European markets. We really value taking ownership and having a mindset for continuous improvements.

You will make a difference by:

  • Processing orders in the system (SAP) based on the input from customers and salesmen
  • Acting as the main point of contact for Swedish clients via email and phone
  • Coordinating internally with various internal teams
  • Handling returns and warranty processes
  • Organization of deliveries and material flow within the company in line with relevant regulations
  • Suggesting and supporting process optimizations and continuous improvement initiatives


Your defining qualities:

  • Proficient written and verbal communication in Swedish (B2/C1) and good level of English is a must (B2)
  • 1 – 2 years of experience in logistics or order management
  • Familiarity with SAP is a nice plus
  • You enjoy being a part of a team, see great value in partnership and deliver outstanding customer service with strong communication skills
  • You're open-minded and tackle tasks with a positive and constructive can-do attitude
  • You enjoy working independently and taking ownership of your work
